    Terms and Conditions of Use of Services of CasinoMaxi

    1. General

    In these terms and conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following expressions have the following meanings:

    “Operator” is Realm Entertainment Limited, a company incorporated in Malta, registration number C51126, having its registered address at Suite 1, The Marina Business Center, Abate Rigord Street, Ta’ Xbiex, XBX 1129, Malta.     “Games” are Casino, Live Casino, Poker, Scratch cards and other games as may from time to time become available on the Website. The Operator reserves the right to add and remove Games from the Website at its own discretion.

    “Member Account” is an account opened by You on the Website after accepting and agreeing to the T&Cs.

    “T&Cs” are these terms and conditions, any rules specific for individual Games and any other terms and conditions provided by the Operator on the Website or otherwise communicated to You in relation to the Games and/or the Website as amended by the Operator from time to time.

    “Website” is the website available at the URL https://www.casinomaxi18.com and/or other related URLs operated by the Operator.

    “You” or “User” or “Customer” is yourself or any other person who, after reading these T&Cs opens a Member Account or makes use of the Website in any way.

    These T&Cs apply to your usage of the Games and the Website via internet, mobile or through any other platform.

    You must read these T&Cs carefully in their entirety before clicking on the “CREATE ACCOUNT” or “ACCEPT” button. If You do not agree with any of the provisions of these T&Cs you must not use or continue to use the Website.

    You should fully understand and agree to be bound by the T&Cs contained herein and as may be amended by us from time to time.

    The Operator reserves the right to modify these T&Cs and, thus, to amend this agreement between you and the Operator at any time with or without notice. Whenever such amendment shall limit your current rights or otherwise may be to your detriment, we will notify you prior to such changes coming into effect. If you do not agree to the updated T&Cs you must stop using the website.

    Amendments which do not limit your rights or are to your detriment will become immediately effective upon being posted on the Website. It is your sole responsibility to review this Agreement, together with the specific rules for each Game You choose to participate in, in order to remain updated with all amendments each time You play. You can easily identify whether these T&Cs have changed by referring to the version number and the date of the current T&Cs stated on this page.

    Rules and explanations for participating in any of the Operator’s Games, maintaining your account with the Operator, Privacy Policy, and other important information is provided in separate sections at the Website and shall be considered forming an integral part of these T&Cs.

    Any reference to the Games in this agreement shall refer to Casino, Live Casino, Poker, Scratch Cards, and other Games as may from time to time become available on the Website. The Operator, reserves the right to add and remove Games from the Website at its own discretion.

    These T&Cs are published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between you and the Operator and in case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.


    2. Your member account

    2.1
    Registration and opening of your member account

    2.1.1
    In order to participate in any of the Games for real money, you must first register a member account with the Operator and deposit money into your member account.

    2.1.2
    You are not allowed to register if you are resident of UK, Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, Sweden, Malaysia, Hong Kong or the U.S. or U.S. dependencies.

    The Operator reserves the right to refuse accounts from other countries over and above the aforementioned countries.

    2.1.3
    The Operator has the right to appoint payment solution providers to act, receive and/or pay funds on behalf of the Operator.

    2.1.4
    You are allowed to have only one Member Account on this Website.

    Only one Member Account for each household is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, the Operator must be informed by the users residing in the aforementioned household.

    If you open, or attempt to open, more than one account for whatever reason, the Operator may block or close any or all of your accounts at its discretion. Should the Operator decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account opened to which your balance from other accounts, if any, will be transferred. The Operator will deduct an administrative fee of 10% (minimum EUR 30, or equivalent amount in the currency of your account) for every account opened, as well as any other fees in accordance with our T&C.

    If you notice that you have more than one Member Account you must notify the Operator immediately.

    2.1.6
    A request to open a Member Account is made by personally filling out the registration form and submitting it to the Operator online. The Operator reserves the right to refuse to open a member account and the right to limit or refuse to accept a bet or wager. In the event a member account is closed or refused, the Operator shall honour the contractual obligations already taken.

    2.1.7
    You must enter all mandatory information requested in the registration form, in particular, your identity, address, contact details, a valid e-mail address, relevant payment information, all of which must be true and correct. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct and You hereby declare and warrant to the Operator that the information provided is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that the Operator carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties on players depositing money. You will be requested to provide the Operator with documents, such as a copy of the passport. Your Member Account may be blocked or closed if you do not provide requested information or documents or if such information or documents you supply is/are found false or misleading.

    You must update your Member Account if any of the information has become outdated and/or incorrect.

    2.1.8
    As part of the registration process you will have to provide your email address and password for your login. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. The Operator is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your member account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.

    2.1.9
    You are not allowed to transfer funds from your member account to other players or to receive money from other players into your member account, or to transfer, sell or acquire member accounts.

    2.1.10
    The Operator reserves the right to declare a bet void partially or in full if the Operator, at its own discretion, would deem it obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred:

    1) the account holder, or people associated with the account holder may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event;
    2) the account holder and or people associated with the account holder are directly or indirectly avoiding the rules of the Operator;
    3) the result of an event has been directly or indirectly affected by criminal activity;
    4) the odds of an event have significantly been changed due to a public announcement in relation to the event;
    5) bets have been placed that would not have been accepted otherwise, but that were accepted during periods when the website have been affected by technical problems;
    6) due to an error, such as a mistake, misprint, technical error, force majeure or otherwise, bets have been offered, placed and or accepted due to this Error.

    2.2 Deposits into your Member Account

    2.2.1
    You may participate in any Game only if you have sufficient funds on your member account for such participation. The Operator shall not give you any credit whatsoever for participation in any Game.

    2.2.2
    All information required to deposit funds into your member account, can be found under “My Account” and “Deposit” pages of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to you as specified in these pages as may be amended from time to time. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries.

    2.2.3
    Depending on the method selected, deposits can incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see "My Account" and "Deposits" for each deposit method. The respective deposit limits per payment solution may be viewed under each payment’s description on the FAQ page. Your bank may independently charge you for a bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.

    2.2.4
    We accept payments made in EUR and TRY. You must choose one currency as the currency of your member account. Any payments received by Operator in a currency other than the one chosen as the currency for your account will be converted into the currency of the account, at the prevailing exchange rate. Please note that any exchange premiums are payable by you.

    2.2.5
    When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, your funds only clear when the Operator has received an approval and authorisation code. Should the Operator not receive such authorisation your account will not be credited with those funds.

    2.2.6
    The Operator reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity when effecting deposits into the member account, and to close your member account if you fail to send these documents to the Operator.

    2.2.7
    The Operator does not grant any credit for the use of its services.

    2.2.8
    Fund in your member account will not bear interest and you shall not treat the Operator as a financial institution.

    2.2.9
    You agree that the funds deposited in your member account must only be used for playing the Games. The Operator reserves the right to charge a fee should you request a withdrawal without an account turnover that is equal or more than the amount of funds deposited.

    2.3 Payouts

    2.3.1
    When the outcome of a Game you participate in becomes determined or, where applicable, the Operator has confirmed the relevant result of an event and settled the markets, all winnings will be available on your member account.

    2.3.2
    If the Operator mistakenly credits your member account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of the Operator and the amount will be transferred from your member account. If prior to the Operator becoming aware of the error You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by you to the Operator. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify the Operator immediately by email.

    2.3.3
    The Operator will carry out additional verification and identification procedures for any withdrawal or number of withdrawals which cumulatively exceed the equivalent of EUR 2,000 and reserves the right to carry such verification procedures at any level of withdrawals. All transactions will be checked to prevent money laundering.
    2.4 Withdrawals from Your Member Account

    2.4.1
    You may withdraw any amount up to the “Available to Bet” balance in your member account by issuing the Operator with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website.

    2.4.2
    To close Your Member Account and withdraw all your funds, You must first cancel any stakes that You have made that remain outstanding, if applicable.

    2.4.3
    Request of a withdrawal must be done via the website and will not be accepted via other means of communication, such as telephone or email.

    2.4.4
    For Your protection you may only withdraw the maximum amount of Euro 50,000 per 24 hours unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement.

    2.4.5
    The Operator reserves the right to credit you back using the same method as you have previously deposited with.

    2.4.6
    The Operator may request identification documents for all withdrawals and perform enhanced due diligence in respect to withdrawal of funds not used for wagering.

    2.5 Closing Your Member Account

    2.5.1
    You may close your account at any time and request a withdrawal of the balance of the account, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges. To close your Member Account, you must first cancel any open bets if applicable, and contact customer. The effective closure of the account will correspond to the termination of the T&C. In case the reason behind the closure of the account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction you shall inform the Operator.

    2.5.2
    The method of repayment will be at our absolute discretion.

    2.5.3
    The Operator reserves the right to close your Member Account and to refund to you the "Available to Bet" balance, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at the Operator’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.

    2.5.4
    The Operator reserves the right to cancel and remove any bonus amount awarded to you if not been used within 1 month from the date awarded.

    2.5.5
    Dormant & Inactive Accounts

    An inactive account is an account that has not been accessed for 12 months and has a real money balance.

    A dormant account is an account that has not been accessed for 30 months and has a real money balance.

    The Operator will contact you should your account become inactive. The Operator reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of EUR 5 for inactive accounts.

    When your account becomes dormant, the Operator will try and return the funds to you, and only in the event that you cannot be satisfactorily be located by the Operator that the funds will be transferred to the MGA, in accordance with applicable law and the account will be closed.

    If you activate your account before it becomes dormant, the Operator will refund you the administrative charges upon contacting customer support.

    In order to recover funds from inactive, closed, blocked or excluded accounts, you need to contact customer support with the relevant request.

    2.6 Bonuses and Freespins

    Bonuses and Freespins can only be received once per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, IP addresses and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, and etcetera). The Operator reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse or fraud.

    3. Your obligations as a player

    3.1 Declarations and Warranties

    You hereby declare and warrant that:

    You are over 18 years old and allowed to use the service offered by the Operator in the legal jurisdiction relevant to you.

    It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure his/her use of the Operator’s Website and Services is legal;

    3.1.2
    You will use the Website and your Member Account solely and exclusively for the purpose of your genuine participating in the Games and not for any financial or other operations. Your participation in the Games will be strictly in your personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment reasons only;

    3.1.3
    You participate in the Games on Your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;

    3.1.4
    All information that You provide to the Operator during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and that you shall immediately notify the Operator of any change of such information;

    3.1.5
    You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to you under relevant laws for any winnings that you receive from the Operator;

    3.1.6
    Funds that you deposit into Your Member Account are not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source;

    3.1.7
    You understand that by participating in the Games you take the risk of losing money deposited into your Member Account;

    3.1.8
    You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for your participation in any of the Games. The Operator hereby reserves the right to invalidate or close Your Member Account or invalidate your participation in a Game in the event of such behaviour;

    3.1.9
    In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from your Member Account, you shall only use credit card and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to You.

    3.1.10
    The computer software that we make available to you is owned by the Operator or other third Parties and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only use the software for your own personal, recreational uses in accordance with all rules and terms and conditions hereby established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

    3.1.11
    Games played the Website should be played in the same manner as games played in any other setting.
    You shall be courteous to other players and representatives of the Operator and shall refrain from using rude or obscene comments.


    4. Responsible gaming

    4.1
    You may at your discretion choose to exclude yourself from the Games offered by the Operator. In order to block or limit your access, visit the Responsible Gaming section of the website.

    When setting up Your Member Account You may also choose to impose a ceiling on the maximum losses and maximum wagers You may make. The limit will block deposits if the net deposit limit (deposits-withdrawals) has been exceeded for the selected time period. You may also choose to impose a time limit per session by contacting the customer support by sending a letter. If you decide to increase or revoke a limit or decrease the exclusion, you may do so by contacting customer support, however such change shall have effect only after 7 days after receipt of request. Changes reducing a limit or increasing the exclusion will have immediate effect upon receipt by us.

    4.3
    The Operator offers a tool of self-exclusion where the player may close the account for a certain time period. The Operator will not re-open accounts under self-exclusion.

    4.4
    Any self-exclusion notice, whether given in writing or electronically, increasing or revoking a limit and/or decreasing the exclusion shall have effect only after seven (7) days from when the Operator receives the above mentioned notice.


    5. Special rules

    5.1
    Certain provisions laid down in this section refer to the rules, terms and contractual provisions for specific games, which are found in a separate link from this page. Those rules form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and you shall be deemed to have accepted the special rules upon accepting the Terms and Condition.

    6. Privacy policy

    6.1
    You hereby acknowledge and consent to the Operator processing your personal data for the purposes of allowing you access and use the Website and in order to allow you to participate in Games and to provide ancillary services to you.

    The Operator is bound by the Data Protection Act, Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta and shall process your personal data in accordance with the said Act. Moreover, the Operator will protect your personal information and respect your privacy in accordance with best business practices and applicable laws.

    6.3
    The Operator will only use your personal data to allow you to participate in the Games and to carry out operations relevant to your participation in the Games.

    6.4
    The Operator shall also process your personal data for the purposes of carrying out verification procedures in relation to your participation in the Games.

    Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except for disclosures between companies belonging to Realm Entertainment (including but not limited to cross-brand selling) or disclosures necessary for the processing of your requests, such as effecting transactions on your Member Account or participating in Games or to carry verification procedures or unless it is required by law. As the Operator’s business partners or suppliers or service providers may be responsible for certain parts of the overall functioning or operation of the Website, personal data may be disclosed to them. Where required by law, your personal data may also be disclosed to an applicable governmental, regulatory, sporting or enforcement authority. Additionally, in circumstances where we deem it appropriate, your personal data may be disclosed to any regulatory authority (whether at the request of such authority or otherwise) which has issued the Operator with a gambling operating license.     You have the right to access personal data held by the Operator about you.

    You must promptly inform the Operator, by amending your profile or otherwise, of any changes to information provided by You at the time of registration and opening of your Member Account.

    6.8
    In order to provide You with an efficient service, the Operator and/or its service providers may require to transfer your personal data from one country to another on world-wide basis. You hereby consent to your personal data so transferred.

    6.9
    In the processing of your Member Account and associated transactions, the Operator may have recourse to credit rating agencies, fraud detection agencies, anti-money laundering agencies who may keep a record of your information. You hereby consent to such disclosures.

    6.10
    Notwithstanding the above, the Operator may publish details about specific winnings of individual players on the Website. Such publications will include the username or the relevant player and the amount won, and you hereby agree and approve of such publications on the Website.

    6.11
    In order to make your visit to the Websites more user-friendly, to keep track of visits to the Websites and to improve the service, the Operator collects a small piece of information sent from your browser, called a cookie. You can, if you wish, turn off the collection of cookies (please refer to your browser instructions as to how to do this). You must note, however, that turning off cookies may restrict your use of the Websites.

    6.12
    You consent to the Operator informing you from time to time about changes on the Website, new services and promotions. If You do not wish to receive direct marketing data you may opt out of such service. You can opt in again into receiving promotional material by emailing our support department.


    7. Limitation of liability

    You enter the Website and participate in the Games at your own risk. The Websites and the Games are provided without any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied.

    Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding provision, The Operator, its directors, employees, partners, service providers:

    do not warrant that the software or the Website is/are fit for their purpose;

    do not warrant that the software and Website are free from errors;

    do not warrant that the Websites and/or Games will be accessible without interruptions;

    shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to your use of the Websites or your participation in the Games.

    7.3
    You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to your use of the Website or participation in the Games.


    8. Complaints

    8.1.

    8.2.
    Bets10 will use best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly.

    8.3.
    If You have a query with regard to any transaction you may also contact CasinoMaxi at support@casinomaxi.com with details of the query. We will review any queried or disputed transactions. Our judgement is final.

    8.4.
    If for some reason you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint you can complain to the Malta Gaming Authority (in respect to all matters except for the poker games operated in terms of clause 6 of this Agreement):

    9. Anti-money laundering reporting

    9.1
    The Operator complies with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and Regulations issued thereunder. The Operator shall report any suspicious transaction to the relevant competent authorities in Malta.

    9.2
    If You become aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website, You must report this to the Operator immediately.

    9.3
    The Operator may suspend, block or close your Member Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.


    10. Breaches, penalties and termination

    10.1
    If You breach any provision of these T&Cs the Operator has a reasonable ground to suspect that You have breached them, the Operator reserves the right not to open, suspend, close your Member Account, withhold any money in your account (including the deposit) and apply such funds on account of any damages due by you.

    10.2
